We offer international delivery to selected countries via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination.

If you are ordering from the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with EU consumer protection laws.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercing jewellery are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and sent back in their original condition with all packaging.

Please note: Earrings and piercing jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

The only exception applies if:

• The item is faulty
• You have received the incorrect item

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Returned with packaging

Refunds are issued once your return has been received and approved.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or incorrect items are covered by us.
