Delivery Information

UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed in the evening are usually prepared for dispatch the following morning.

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): £3.99 – Free for orders over £35. Sent via Royal Mail or Evri, depending on your location.
  • Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £5.95 – Sent via DPD for tracked next-day service once dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy or promotional periods.

🎄 Christmas Delivery: Order by 18th December for Standard UK Christmas delivery. We dispatch daily throughout the festive season.

International Delivery

We currently offer international delivery to selected countries via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery rates and times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a simple online returns process so you can send your item back with confidence.

  2. Sign in using the same email you used at checkout (you can create an account in seconds if it's your first time).
  3. Download your label and send your item back securely packaged.

Returns can only be requested and approved through your account to ensure items meet our return criteria. Customers who checked out as guests can create an account using the same email address used at checkout.

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Returns requested or received after this period will not be accepted.

🎁 Extended gifting returns: Orders placed between 1st November and 31st December qualify for a 60-day return window.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging (pouches or gift boxes).
  • Returned within the correct return window.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Piercing jewellery (including earrings for piercings) is non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless faulty or we sent the wrong item/size/colour.
  • For hygiene and safety, any item that has been inserted into a piercing cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Earrings must be returned in sealed, unopened hygiene packaging (where applicable).
  • Worn, used, or intentionally damaged items are not eligible for return.
  • Items returned outside the return window or in unsuitable condition will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
  • Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are non-returnable unless faulty.
Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges on piercing jewellery for hygiene reasons, unless we sent the wrong size, colour, or the item is faulty.

For other jewellery, exchanges may be possible if the item meets our eligibility criteria and is returned within the correct time frame. In some cases we may process a refund instead, so you can place a fresh order for your preferred style.

Refunds & Return Shipping
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items have been inspected and approved.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For convenience, we can provide a prepaid Royal Mail return label for a flat fee of £3.99, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return shipping for confirmed faulty items is covered by us.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return.

Return fees apply to eligible items only and are automatically calculated during the return request.
