• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned to us within 14 days of your request.
• Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery are not eligible for exchange or refund.
