Shipping Information

Because of the detailed craftsmanship involved, Moissanite and personalised jewellery takes around 3–5 weeks for delivery. Each piece is made to order to meet our highest standards.

We aim to process all standard orders within 3 working days. Your parcel will be shipped via Evri or Yodel depending on availability. In some cases, we may use Royal Mail to avoid courier delays.

Tracking is always included. While most orders arrive quickly, this time frame includes a buffer to account for any potential delays.

Need it sooner? Choose Express at checkout. These orders are sent via DPD.

If you order before 12pm, we’ll process it the same day and dispatch the next working day.

• At busy times or during postal disruptions, orders might take slightly longer to arrive, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

We ship worldwide and try to make the process smooth for all customers.

Where possible, we pre-pay duties and taxes using DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). However, in some countries, local customs may still apply extra fees like VAT, import duties, or handling charges upon arrival.
