Shipping Information

We aim to process standard orders within 3 working days. Standard UK delivery usually takes approximately 3–6 working days.

Orders may be sent via Evri, Yodel or Royal Mail depending on availability and the most suitable service for your order.

Tracking is included where available. Your applicable delivery charge, or free-delivery eligibility, will be shown at checkout.

Need it sooner? Choose Express Delivery at checkout. Express orders are normally sent via Royal Mail or DPD and typically arrive within 1–3 working days following dispatch.

Orders placed before 2pm will be prioritised for processing. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be processed from the next working day.

Ella & Faith London delivers to a growing number of international destinations, including the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and selected European countries.

Available delivery services, estimated delivery times and charges are calculated according to your destination and displayed at checkout.

Free international delivery may be available when your order reaches the qualifying spend for your destination. The applicable threshold will be shown at checkout.

Some Moissanite, personalised and made-to-order jewellery requires additional preparation time. Where this applies, the estimated timeframe will be stated on the individual product page. Please allow this additional time before your order is dispatched.

International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties or import charges depending on the destination.

Where duties and taxes are collected by us at checkout, no additional payment should normally be required for those charges on delivery.

Where they are not collected at checkout, any applicable import duties, taxes or customs handling charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the authorities in the destination country and are outside our control.
