Mobile Terms of Service

If you choose to receive SMS marketing from Ella & Faith London, we may send you text messages about our products, new arrivals, restocks, special offers, promotions, cart reminders and other relevant updates.

Where applicable, we may also use SMS for transactional or informational communications, such as order or delivery-related updates.

Our mobile communications may be managed and sent on our behalf through our marketing communications provider, Klaviyo. Some messages may be sent using automated technology.

Receiving SMS marketing is optional. You do not need to subscribe to SMS marketing to make a purchase from Ella & Faith London.

We will only send marketing SMS messages where you have provided the appropriate consent or where we are otherwise permitted to contact you in accordance with applicable law.

By opting in, you confirm that the mobile number you provide belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it for this purpose.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing products or services from Ella & Faith London.

Your consent to receive SMS marketing is separate from your other marketing preferences, including email marketing.

If you have opted in to receive marketing text messages, we may send you SMS cart reminders where you leave products in your shopping basket without completing your purchase.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to help identify items placed in your shopping basket, including when a basket has been abandoned. This information may be used to determine when to send a cart reminder by text message.

Message frequency varies depending on our campaigns, the communications you have subscribed to and your interactions with Ella & Faith London.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile network provider and mobile plan. Any charges imposed by your mobile provider are your responsibility.

You can withdraw your consent to SMS marketing at any time by replying STOP to a marketing text message or by using another unsubscribe or opt-out method provided in the message where available.

After opting out, you may receive a final message confirming that your unsubscribe request has been processed. You will no longer receive SMS marketing from that subscription unless you choose to opt in again.

Unsubscribing from SMS marketing will not automatically unsubscribe you from email marketing or other communication channels. These preferences can be managed separately.

We may update these Mobile Messaging Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our mobile messaging services, business practices or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and take any additional steps required by applicable law.
